We have only just arrived for our second visit to this hotel in Riga. On arrival we were met by the most welcoming and friendly receptionist who was extremely helpful and kind, providing us with excellent information about the hotel facilities. After checking in and getting to our superb room, we headed to the hotel bar next to reception. Armed with our welcome drink voucher we stayed for some more drinks and relaxed in the ambient surroundings. During our visit we were served by the wonderful Renate who was very charming and talked with us about some of the local sites we could visit, including the forthcoming Christmas market. Renate is a credit to the Radisson Blu and her friendliness shone through during our conversation. Thank you Renate, you made our warm welcome even better.
