Everything was very good. Check in, lobby bar, room, cleaning, breakfast, and located just next to the main street in the city center. Only disapointment was the poor gym. As in many hotels equipment are quite limited. Also 5☆ hotels suffer from this. Extra kudos to cleaning service, 8 hour turn around time.

This is my third time staying at the Radisson hotel in Kaunas, I literally cannot fault anything. The front reception always give a warm welcome, and are always there to assist with a smile, the bar staff were excellent and the cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work, the rooms are immaculate! They have very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, and the food is Delicious. This hotel needs a five star rating, and is definitely the best hotel in Kaunas. We will be back. Thank you to all the staff!

The hotel locate in a walkable distance from Laisves Aleja (Freedom Avenua). Rooms are specious with comfortable beds.

The check in process was smooth and very friendly, they gave us access to the room at 1:00 pm whitout paying anything, the italian guy who checked us in was very polite, professional and friendly. We did have a good time sleeping in this hotel. Highly recommended.
