It lacks decent play area for kids and is more business oriented. It has pretty small business lounge area in the lobby if you need to work.(Erko N)
Book a premium room with old town view and organize your transport to and from airport with taxis. It is only 13€ one way compared to 45€ for their shuttle service (Bontzo)

Excellent hotel and very good service. Perfect for couples. Hotel was very clean, very good breakfast and also sparkling wine in the morning. The gym was good and the spa was nice bonus.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance to old town. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Breakfast was outstanding with so many options. Hotel had Spa, Sauna s, pool and massage. Staff were lovely and could not do enough. Shout out to Alicia and Art Jon.

Overall, the hotel made a very positive impression. The staff, cleanliness, and general atmosphere were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast fully met expectations for a Radisson Collection hotel — good quality, well organized, and consistent with the standards of the brand. The only aspect that felt somewhat unclear was the Christmas dinner at the restaurant on the 24th floor, which is operated independently from the hotel. The set menu and dishes did not quite match our expectations. There was an attempt to present Japanese cuisine, but it did not fully resonate with us. For this reason, my wife and I decided to spend the rest of the evening in the bar on the same floor. The bar service was excellent — the staff were attentive, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and it was a very comfortable place to end the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and appreciate the high level of service provided by the team.

"Fantastic hotel"

The hotel was great! Couldn't fault it! Friendly staff, very clean and the rooms were very comfortable with nice bathrooms. Breakfast has loads of choice and was to a good standard. The spa facilities was very nice, including the gym. It was strange how they let children in to use the spa, if it was just a pool I would understand. However a couple of children used the spa facilities?! With thier adults letting them. Think that area should be for adults only. However I couldn't mark down the hotel for that only reason, as I thought the hotel was brilliant.
