  • Es un hotel muy recomendable. Buena ubicación y servicio. Buen desayuno y excelente atención de todo el Personal del hotel. Buena relación precio calidad Regresare muy pronto. Muy recomendable por todos los motivos expuestos.

  • Servicio en recepción súper servicial, eficiente y amigable. Localización perfecta, delante del British Museum . Cerca de transporte público, tanto metro como bus y trenes. Habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas. Bufet desayuno con servicio a mesa.

  • Fuimos mi hija y yo a conocer Londres y no podemos venir mas encantadas de la estancia en este hotel. Todo ha sido maravilloso desde el momento uno, la habitación es genial, la limpieza impecable y el trato es increíble. Nosotras fuimos a ver Londres una semana y siempre nos arreglaban la habitación (tienes que ponerle el botón en verde), la habitación no es pequeña, no corren caballos pero están muy bien al igual que el baño (nosotras teníamos bañera y un montón de productos de higiene gratuitos). Tienes una nevera vacía pero funcional y todos los días te dejan unas botellitas de agua. Toda la habitación y pasillos de las habitaciones tienen alfombra y esta muy calentito. No tienen persianas pero si un store gordito que apenas deja pasar la luz. No oyes el trafico (nos dieron una habitación a la calle principal) y eso está genial. Es una gran zona cerca de muchas tiendas y bares (muy cerca de soho y picadilly) . Si tenemos que poner un pero sería por la comida del medio día y la cena que son comidas demasiado originales, se echa de menos poder pedir algo simple como un filete con patatas. Eso sí, el desayuno es genial y con gran variedad para todos los gustos. Volveríamos a repetir una y mil veces en este hotel. Nos dio mucha pena irnos.

  • La atención, ubicación y limpieza del hotel es excelente!!!!.....siempre que visitamos Londres utilizamos este hotel y siempre ha llenado nuestras expectativas.....cuando se ha presentado algún inconveniente ellos han solucionado inmediatamente!!

  • la guest service team leader Aiste Legaudaite es una profesional excelente ademas de encantadora. Recibo upgrade de habitacion asi como otras atenciones especiales y me ayuda en todo lo que necesito. Me hospedo a menudo en el hotel y ella lo tiene en cuenta. El desayuno es fantastico.
