  • Muy bien ubicado y muy buena atención del personal. Es fácil acceder a todo el centro de Berlín tanto hacia el Check Poing Charlie hasta la Alexander Platz. El personal del hotel nos ayudó mucho durante la estancia.

  • Excelente hotel! Las habitaciones son amplias, el hotel es impecable, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es correcto. Destaco la atención de todo el personal del hotel, desde frontdesk, el personal del desayuno, del bar, todos nos han atendido con una sonrisa, amabilidad y predisposición al cliente! Así da gusto. El hotel vale lo que se paga.

  • Muy contenta con todos los servicios y con el hotel en General. La habitacion es preciosa y la cama es super comoda, ademas de tener una limpieza impecable. El hotel es super moderno y todos los empleados son muy serviciales y amables. En conclusion, muy satisfecha y contenta con el hotel. Desde mi punto de vista, super recomendable

  • Este hotel es genial, bien comunicado y la atención muy buena. Transporte publico en la misma puerta, tienes servicio de smartphone con llamadas gratuitas a todo el mundo y puedes llevártelo fuera del hotel para que te sirva de guía, va super bien. Hablan español y te ayudan para recomendarte lugares, muy amables. Los cócteles por la noche están buenos y bien de precio.

  • Reservamos dos noches en la suite art. A pesar de que hubo un error por parte de la agencia, lo solucionaron muy amablemente. Hotel bien ubicado a 10 minutos de la isla de los museos y con el metro en la puerta. La habitación muy amplia y con bonitas vistas a los tejados, a alexander Platz, el ayuntamiento y la cupula de la catedral. Atención al detalle, te dejan incluso un móvil para uso personal. Especial agradecimiento a Emma por su atención y ayuda. Recomendamos al 100 por 100 este original hotel.
