Social events at Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West
Gala dinners, banquets, award shows, receptions and celebrations all work at the Amsterdam Congress Center, with spaces that scale from an intimate gathering to several hundred guests, indoors or outside on the Piazza.
Memorable celebrations in the heart of Amsterdam
Gala dinners, banquets, award shows, receptions, walking dinners and celebrations all happen here at Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, in the venues of the Amsterdam Congress Center.
Two things are worth settling early, your guest count and the shape of the evening.
Choosing the right space
Choose your event space based on the atmosphere and flow you want to create, from formal celebrations to relaxed gatherings.
- For seated dinners and formal events, choose the ballroom for a polished setting that can be divided into smaller spaces.
- For receptions and pre-event drinks, use the foyers as convenient gathering areas.
- For natural light and views of the Piazza, choose the Meeting Gallery with its floor-to-ceiling windows.
- For outdoor celebrations in warmer weather, the Piazza provides an open-air setting.
Menus and catering
Choose a catering style that matches the pace and atmosphere of your event at Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. From formal dinners to relaxed outdoor dining, there are options to suit different occasions and group formats.
- Seated dinners for formal, structured events.
- Walking dinners with separate food stations.
- Reception service for drinks and conversation.
- Buffets for a more relaxed dining experience.

Vegetarian, vegan and organic options are available at The Den. Confirm dietary requirements, timing and your preferred level of formality when planning your event.
Weddings at the hotel
Celebrate your wedding at Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, with venues at the Amsterdam Congress Center suited to different parts of your day.
The Pearl Ballroom is ideal for the main celebration, while the Pearl Foyer suits drinks receptions. For summer weddings, the outdoor Piazza offers an open-air setting, with 476 guest rooms available for guests staying on site.
Launches, fairs and screenings
Not every event is a dinner or a conference, and the center handles the less standard ones too.
- Car and product launches, where the Pearl Ballroom lighting can be set to suit the reveal.
- Trade fairs and exhibitions, with the Meeting Gallery offering 785 square meters for up to 700 people.
- E-sports events, backed by the E-Sports Approved Events Program.
- Cinema-style screenings in the Magenta room, which is set up for exactly that.
