隨著新型冠狀病毒 (COVID-19) 持續蔓延，世界朝向全新常態發展，Radisson Hotels 繼續積極致力於確保我們賓客的安全和福祉。 

RHG 安全因應措施

作為 Radisson Hotels 安全因應措施的一部分，我們的首要任務是根據每個國家/地區的當地法規，維持最高的安全等級。預防措施包括消毒所有關鍵入口點，包括自助餐區和公共區域的密集接觸點。我們將盡可能在我們的酒店各處，提供個人化的非接觸式服務。我們持續監控團隊成員的健康，他們會定期接受新冠肺炎的預防訓練。此外，我們持續監測室內空氣品質，部分酒店在會議室和健身中心等區域將會增加二氧化碳測量儀。

PCR 檢測

為方便賓客返程旅行所需，Radisson Hotels 可為賓客介紹地點便利且價格合理的 PCR 檢測場所。此外，部分酒店將為團體或個人提供酒店現場 PCR 檢測，或透過 Radisson Hotel Group 的專業合作夥伴提供自行採樣的 PCR 檢測。

清潔和消毒

麗笙飯店集團與全球衛生解決方案提供商 Diversey 合作，開發強化版清潔和消毒準則，結合業界最佳清潔和衛生解決方案與加強版因應措施和醫療保健專利技術。

通過麗笙飯店集團安全因應措施認證的飯店經 SGS 驗證，採用醫院等級清潔用品，且飯店全區皆遵循加強版清潔和消毒程序，如下方說明。

每日徹底清潔客房內接觸頻率高的物品，並於每次退房後進行消毒。至少包括：

接待處和大廳接觸頻率高的物件，每 4 小時消毒一次。接待處和刷卡機會在接待完每位賓客後消毒。所有客房房卡在交付給賓客前皆已經消毒。消毒物件至少包括下列項目：
