Group classes
Join us for a workout. We offer a full schedule of daily group classes tailored to all fitness levels, including TRX, functional training, Pilates, step, stretching, Healthy Back, and karate. Our studio provides all the gear you need, including boxing bags, ballet barres, and step platforms. For participation in group classes, clean closed athletic footwear and sportswear are required. Our fitness studio is open daily from 7:30 am to 8 pm.
