斯德哥尔摩皇家维京丽笙酒店设有现代化会议中心，坐拥17间规模不等的会议室，至多可容纳150人，设计着重采光、通风、便捷性与科技，致力于启迪宾客非凡灵感。
每处活动场地均配备独立制冷空调系统，带来超群舒适体验。我们始终免费提供LCD投影仪与高速免费无线网络，多数会议室配有面朝瓦萨加坦大街(Vasagatan)的全景窗户。
Presentation and hybrid meeting technology
Our meeting rooms come equipped for the way people actually run meetings. Every room has an LCD projector, a wireless presentation-sharing system, conference speakers, and a television, so you can move from a slide deck to a video call without stopping to reconfigure anything.
Several rooms also have digital whiteboards for working sessions where the thinking happens live.
For hybrid meetings, a number of our rooms are fitted with high-quality screens, which keeps colleagues joining remotely properly present in the room rather than an afterthought at the edge of the conversation.

- 录制或直播：活动是否需要录制存档或播出？如有需要，请预留彩排时间。
- 内部支持：确认终版会议日程，明确内容切换相关工作的负责人。
