"Very Comfortable Hotel close to city centre."

Just spent 5 nights at Radisson Blu Hotel, Oulu. Modern, very well decorated, comfortable public areas. EXCELLENT breakfast. Pleasant staff. Very comfortable bed - best pillow I have had in a hotel for years! Good bathroom/shower, although it was quite high to get out of bath, if you are short. Not enough storage for clothes, just 2 small hanging rails and a couple of small, open shelves below (you have a lot of clothes with you in the winter!!). Room was at the front of the hotel, which faces onto a very brightly lit car park - I would ask for a room at the back of the hotel if the light bothers you (the blackout curtains still let in light around the edges). The bed was made each day, bathroom bin was emptied and towels were replaced daily (if requested), but room was not cleaned /glasses were not replaced daily. Room was cleaned and bedding renewed on 3rd day. 5-10 minutes walk to centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

This a a good location with a very great team. Wonderful front desk staff for check-in. Get the Super Breakfast-- it is worth the cost, but the service will impress you more. The crew of ladies were fantastic-- smiles, attention to detail, and overall service orientation. The Bistro folks were solid as well. Nice room, hotel environment, and . One level of awareness...our run had a converted soaking tub to a shower and it was a BIG step up and down even for a 6'2" person like me.... use caution. No matter, we are planning to visit again! This place is in our top five of our "Go Back Again" list!

The hotel staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The cappuccino was particularly delicious!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel for a whole week during a conference in Oulu. The location was really great, just next to the waterfront and a nice park where I could go jogging. I also borrowed a bike for free from the hotel one afternoon and had a lovely trip to the Nallikari beach. The free sauna was also a big plus, in addition to a great breakfast where you could order an omelet of your own choice. Loved the room and the bathroom as well. Highly recommended recommended.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for a conference at the University of Oulu and found it to be an excellent hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality (my primary hotel criteria). Our room was quiet and clean and had a lovely view of the river, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and plentiful. The hotel has bicycles for guest use for the many bike paths in Oulu, although we didn't take advantage of this service. Highly recommended.
