Extremely courteous and knowledgeable front of house staff - great tips and suggestions - wonderful location right by the old town and exceptional breakfast

I was on a week long business trip to Tallinn and stayed at the Palace Hotel Tallinn. Firstly it is centrally located and hence I could walk down to the old town almost everyday and enjoy the best of Tallinn. Secondly the room was very comfortable, clean and apt for my needs. I used the gym almost every day - it felt very homely and suitable for my needs. The rowing machine seemed broken, but for that, everything else was great. Spa was very nice, although I would have liked probably a bigger pool. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful with information too. Overall, it's the best place to stay as far as my limited knowledge goes. Thanks.

The hotel is very near downtown and in an excellent location, and everything is all right. The staff is good, and the rooms are a little small, but as a single person, I don't have any problem. The breakfast is good and ample of verities as I am vegitarion I am good with what it is.

Staff is at Luxury level. Everything shows that you are very welcomed here. Excellent room size, good gym and even better spa. Breakfast is with best options, everything is piced carefully. Executive chef is very smart person! Location is just best, next to old town and nightlife.
