Nesting in a prime location, the place is easy to reach by public transport from the airport. The hotel staff was courteous and always willing to help, be it reception or room floor or conference hall. The buffet breakfast offering the variety and quality food to start the day on a positive note. And energetic one, as it takes time and effort to explore all the corners of Tallinn's Old Town.

A nice hotel with good services and central location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy with charging stations nearby. Garage entrance is narrow so you need to be carefull with a big SUV.

Overall a solid experience! However, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The young guy working there provided service that was borderline unacceptable—definitely needs more training to meet the hotel's standards. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were great. The breakfast is a standout—fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. The spa center is also excellent, with a variety of relaxing activities. Despite the reception hiccup, I’d still recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back!

Well equipped hotel in a good location with extremely friendly staff. Gym & pool were brilliant. English spoken really well, and little issues were dealt with so efficiently.

Location, service, room, view, spa, breakfast... everything has always been great. Especially for the price.
