Pool area often crowded, spa appointments difficult to get. Go to breakfast as soon as it starts to avoid food running out. (Saana K)
Be aware that the pool in my experience is invariably a mob scene, and the gym can also be too crowded to use productively.(dhbar1)
I would suggest if your room just looks disappointing, ask them to change it(DWH1997)

"Good hotel for a family visit"

A nice hotel with good services and central location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy with charging stations nearby. Garage entrance is narrow so you need to be carefull with a big SUV.

"Fantastic Stay with Amazing Breakfast and Relaxing Spa"

Overall a solid experience! However, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The young guy working there provided service that was borderline unacceptable—definitely needs more training to meet the hotel's standards. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were great. The breakfast is a standout—fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. The spa center is also excellent, with a variety of relaxing activities. Despite the reception hiccup, I’d still recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back!

Well equipped hotel in a good location with extremely friendly staff. Gym & pool were brilliant. English spoken really well, and little issues were dealt with so efficiently.

Friendly and professional reception personal helping to solve any problems that arise! The spa has multiple saunas for all tastes and 2 min walk distance from an old town.
