Hotel Sustainability Basics

How are the basics implemented in our hotels?

Efficiency

We are committed to reducing our hotel's ecological footprint by improving our energy efficiency and water consumption. To this end we have multiple services available such as: our towel reuse program, carbon neutral meetings and waste management through the elimination of single-use plastics and the reduction of food waste.
Responsible Business - Planet

Planet

We are committed to creating a better future by reducing negative impacts on our planet. We already do this by replacing harmful cleaning products with eco-labelled products, offering vegetarian options on all our menus, not having plastic straws and stirrers, and introducing, as of 2024, bulk amenities in all our hotels.

People

We want to contribute to a better evolution of society by integrating our activities in the social aspects of our community. To generate this positive impact in our community we rely on local suppliers, make donations and agreements with different local organizations in which our employees provide volunteering, and have women in leadership positions.
