  • There were plug converter’s to American style plugs. They were not voltage converters. This would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. (Tre0317)

  • Don't book this hotel. I noticed the photos from travelers are old. Many rooms have no view and look out at a concrete wall (8th floor). (AlohaMaui)

  • Rooms are quite diffferent , some very big and some smaller. Upon request we could change our room. (Maps50270215107)

  • Make sure you get the exact room type you booked , or else they will give you something less to accommodate guests who are staying longer. (Abdulla K)

  • تعامل الموظفين جميعهم وخدمتهم لنا كانت ممتازه الموقع ممتاز للغاية قريب من المطاعم واماكن الترفيه والتسوق. استجابة الموظفين سريعة. خدمة تنظيف الغرف جيده جيداً ولكن بالامكان تحسينها بشكل أفضل. بالطبع سوف اعيد تكرار التجربة.

  • أحبب الاقامة في الفندق مريح ونظيف وآمن وهادي وموقعه ممتاز قريب من الاماكن السياحية المهمة يعتبر السعر مرتفع قليلا ولكن الاقامة جدا مريحه لم يسبق تجربة المطعم لذلك لا اعلق عليه فقط ملاحظتي تسرب المياة من الشاور لارضية الحمام

  • تمكنا من الوصول إلى الفندق في وقت قياسي ولله الحمد توفقنا في الفندق من حيث الموقع والنظافه والخدمه الموقع استراتيجي قريب من الجرين بارك والشوارع الرئيسيه التجاريه بالاضافه إلى سهولة الوصول إلى محطات القطارات وفي الجهه المقابله جمعية سانبوري للعلم فطور الفندق للأسف غير مجدي للغايه وخصوصا مع الأطفال لا انصح بإضافة وجبة الإفطار غير هذا فندق ممتاز جدا وأنصح به

  • سكنت كثيرا في فنادق مختلفة في لندن،لم يلبي طموحي كمسافر يحب نقاط محددة حول مكان إقامته غير هذا الفندق.الفخامة والإستقبال المميزوالغرفة مساحتها والخصوصية وجميع مايتوقعه المسافرموجودفعلا هو الفندق.شكرا لكم
