  • For tour deals, use counters at ferry station, ladies manning the counters are excellent. We got great deal for Stanserhorn & Burgenstock. (Kshitij2003)

  • موقع الفندق جميل جدا وتعامل الموظفين رائع في الحقيقه لم اتوقع ان لوزرين تملك احد اجمل فنادق العالم بالفعل انا سعيد جدا بهذه زيارة ، جميل جدا هذا الفندق يشبه فنادق دبي في نظافته واهتمامهم للسائح اتمنى ان اكرر زيارة

  • رائع للعرسان وأيضا لمن يرغبون تجديد شهر العسل قريب من البحيره ومحطة القطار التي تربطك مع باقي أوروبا كانت الرحلة ممتعه وأتمنى الذهاب مره أخرى - إدارة الفندق جيده والأمان في الفندق عالي والفطور رائع جدا

  • فندق جميل وانيق يقع في موقع تقريبا جيد والموظفين غير ودودين اجمالا والافطار جيد ولكنه جميل ذلك لا يقارن بالسعر الغالي الغرفة ولا بد من المشي للوصول الىرك سنتر المدينة ويقع خلف محطة قطار رئيسية بها جميع المتطلبات من سوبرماركت ومطاعم

It is a pleasure to read that you had a pleasant stay at our centrally located hotel next to the train station, Lake Lucerne and the old town. Hospitality is our daily passion, and we always try to serve our guests with the best "Yes I Can" service. Therefore, I highly appreciate reading hat you were happy with the provided service. Personally, I can understand that Swiss prices seem to be very high, especially for our foreign guests but our prices are average prices for a 4-5 star hotel in Lucerne. Once again, thank you very much for having chosen the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne — it was a pleasure to welcome you as our guest!
