An awesome place to spend your holidays

Our second stay. Excellent again. Wonderful location, great facilities and very good food but what really makes this resort hotel stand out are the brilliant people working there who strive to make your stay as special as possible. Thank you.

My family enjoyed their stay at hotel and looking forward to the another visit. My next visit will surely be at the Rad.

Great venue for leisure, family trips and business conferences. Modern conveniences, eco-luxe finishes and an unrivaled diversity of experiences on-prem and within walking distance (watch out for wildlife) but safe and secure from parking to river cruises. Staff are expeienced, friendly and helpful. The sunset cruise river safari was a dream and possibly the newest vessel on the mighty Zambezi River. Hotel facilities including children's entertainment centre, gym, soccer field, bush boma and spa with infinity pool is one-of-a-kind. Rooms were well-equipped with a private balcony view to National Park, air-conditioning, temperature and flow-pressure controlled showerss, satellite TV, iron/ironing board and hair-dryer plus a bar fridge to keep water cool. Enjoyed the Ferrero Rocher treats left on pillows as well as quality hot drinks station in the room with a kettle. Beds were draped in lace mosquito nets to manage the blood-suckers but also for a classic canopy-safari-bed look. The breakfast spread was fit for the Queen.

Continue to motivate your staff, they make all the difference for customers in your business. your customer care is exceptional and i felt very welcome with the courtesy i received everywhere i went, the greetings and smiles from staff made me feel at home
