It was our first stay with family. Staff is very friendly and they went extra mile to make sure me and wife is having dinner in peace. They played with our son and show him around in restaurant. They brought him sweets and looked after all of us very well.

Ignore negative reviews! Excellent location a few minutes from airport on Hoppa Hotel bus from bus stop 9-10 level 1 at T2. Friendly staff. Modern decor promoting all things British.. Bar food expensive but reasonable quality. Lovely warm swimming pool, sauna & steam open 6am to 10pm. First Hoppa picks up at the door at 6.18

Best Hotel! Excellent Staff! Morrison in the Italian restaurant was extremely helpful and friendly! Best server we have met in London! This hotel should be 6 stars! The 3 + star rating very underrated! Can't go wrong with this luxury hotel. Not to mention the gym and spa!

Always will recommend radisson red hotel as the best hotel in London so far. Very comfortable place to be
