  • +酒店人员很友好，提出问题，他们都很快的解决 +房间里面有桑拿，很舒适 +/- 离火车站很近（也是缺点，因为周边的环境不是很好，脏乱差；如果想体验罗马，不介意离火车站远一些的话，建议住其它区） - 健身房里面没有santitiser或者其他可以用来清理器械的清洁剂 - 餐厅的食物其实没有很好吃，早餐每天都是一样的而且种类也不是很多，4天吃下来很单调

  • 这家酒店的前身是普拉索酒店，现在这家酒店变得非常现代化。住在这家酒店非常舒适并且从酒店去到罗马特米尼车站很方便。这家酒店的员工非常专业并且提供的服务很出色。这家酒店提供很多服务，其中包括一家精致的餐厅、水疗中心和屋顶酒吧。酒店的工作人员非常随和，特别是礼宾部的一位员工(忘了名字)，酒店的前台员工和提供其他服务的员工都是一流且值得五星好评的。

  • 我住在411号房间，非常喜欢这间房。酒店的早餐也很棒，菜品种类丰富。酒店位置很棒，身处市中心，步行15分钟即可抵达各种交通工具站点。这是一家新酒店，工作人员一流非常好客。我记得行李员亚利桑德罗，他非常专业，而且很善良，总是面带微笑，为整个入住体验加分不少，也让我们在这座超棒的永恒之城享受了一次超棒的旅程。

  • 很棒的住宿点，员工一流，服务完美。位置好，去任何罗马的主要景点都极其方便。不管何时我都愿意再来这儿入住。而且酒店当时还为我安排了优惠的接机出租车。
