We had a fantastic dining experience at Byblos Restaurant in Fiji! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. As someone who is gluten free, I really appreciated the great options available and the care taken to accommodate my dietary needs. A special thank you to our server, Ateca, who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her recommendations were excellent, and she ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. We highly recommend Byblos and look forward to returning.
