For the TV Channels our hotels has over National and International TV channels with Turkish-Arabic-English and German Language choices .
We have sent your feedback regarding the Data issues to our IT department.
For the 12 Hours Concierge service,Our head concierge is present during the day as well as the Guest Relations Office who can both assist you with all the city tips and reservations ,The front desk staff are also trained to assist you regarding the same subject .
We however can book City tours and Boat rides (Bosphorus tour) or a cruise dinner with a transfer included , we don't have a sales office services for Boat tickets or any travel tickets .
We are glad that our staff was helpful and we thank you again for your beautiful feedback,we took notes of every point you have shared with us and we are looking forward to welcome you again .
