Great place to stay in when in Bern. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also located next to a beautiful park where there’s a spectacular view of Bern.

Good location, bus stop right next to the hotel and only a 15 minutes walk to the city. Also a convenience store located below the hotel. Rooms are big and there is plenty of space. You have access to hit drinks in the lobby for no additional cost. There's also a rooftop terrace.

Everything was great: clean warm room, free parking nearby, and coffee & tea anytime. Nice stay! ...

Good and clean good employee very hospitable and the place was clean we did not open the tv its not working there is no instruction how to used it

For this price and a 2 star hotel it doesn't get much better than this. Convenient location and this hotel is upfront about everything. I don't know why people complain about amenities and cleaning, the hotel never advertised this? 🤔 Sure you can borrow an iron or charging cable from the front desk and there is indeed no daily cleaning just a towel change if you want. The WiFi was great and there's a Coop next door People should really get a grip and expect a 2 star hotel to be a 2 star hotel. Rooms are also very spacious and ergonomic
