  • 真是一次令人失望的接待服务!我一早就给阿齐兹发了邮件，让他为我们安排好从伊斯坦布尔机场到酒店的接机服务。我们总共有5个成年人和1个1岁的孩子。我后来还又跟他确认了一遍，他当时回复我接机服务已经安排妥当了。可是当我们到达机场的时候，他让我们去找的那家公司根本没有记录我们的名字，所以我们不得不等了很久才搭上车回到了酒店。许多人本来是在我们之后到的，却在我们之前离开。谢天谢地，门口的那家公司并没有对我们置之不理。 然后我们回到了酒店，向酒店接待人员提及此事，他们完全没有一点愧疚之意，而且一点也不友好。这服务态度真是令人大跌眼镜! 我不管你们是不是有事耽误了，我都和你们就接机事宜确认再三了。当我问他们阿齐兹人在哪里的时候，他只回复我阿齐兹不在。真是一次非常令人失望的体验! 附近没有什么特别的，只有一个村庄。不过值得一提的是酒店大堂看起来不错，看上去像个图书馆，墙上挂着树叶壁画。酒店的迎宾服务实在太令我们失望了，一点也不友好，完全没有让客人感到宾至如归。而且他们对土耳其伊斯坦布尔的介绍也不是很理想，甚至连一句真心诚意的道歉都没有，尤其是在我们带着一个年幼的孩子旅行的情况下。
