Not every gathering is a meeting. Our four meeting rooms can be arranged in rounds for a seated dinner party or opened right up for a drinks reception, with catering running from coffee breaks to a three-course chef's choice menu.
Hosting something less formal
Our four meeting rooms can be set up in rounds for seated dining, in theater style for a presentation, or in classroom, boardroom, and U-shape arrangements. Brothers Wright is pillarless and divides into two separate spaces, which helps when you want drinks served away from the table.
Few things to decide early: guest count, whether you want one main moment or a flow across the evening, and how formal the catering should be.
Rooms and setup options
All four of our meeting rooms have natural daylight and individual climate control, so the space stays comfortable however long people stay, and between them they hold from 36 up to 70 guests.
- For an intimate dinner, our smaller rooms keep everyone within easy conversation of each other.
- For a mixed flow, our largest room is pillarless and divides into two, giving you a separate space for arrivals or drinks.
- For seated dining, rounds work well when you want guests talking across the table.
- For presentations, theater style, with audiovisual equipment and microphones on request.
Menus and catering
Our service packages run from coffee and tea breaks with snacks through to a three-course chef's choice meal menu, so a drinks reception and a sit-down meal are both straightforward to arrange. Our Lobby Bar serves à la carte dinner as well, with drinks until midnight if the evening runs on.
Confirm these early and the rest falls into place:
- Final guest numbers and how formal you want the service to feel.

- Timings, especially if any of your guests are flying in or out on the same day.
