The staff were very welcoming. There was no queue to check in. The hotel grounds were clean, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the sea view from the room was lovely.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phuket Mai Khao Beach was simply perfect. We booked a room with a private pool and sea view, along with half board including breakfast and dinner. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The room was beautiful, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The food was varied, freshly prepared, and of exceptional quality. Every day, we could choose from a wide selection of dishes and were truly spoiled with culinary delights. I kept telling my partner that the food was so good, it felt as if it had been prepared by the gods—and that is exactly how it felt. What truly made this stay special, however, were the people. Throughout our entire visit, we never felt like ordinary guests; instead, we felt like part of a large family. Every single staff member contributed to making us feel welcome, appreciated, and cared for. Whether it was the security team, reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant employees, chefs, or bartenders, every person greeted us with kindness, warmth, and a smile. The service was exceptional, and you could genuinely feel the passion and dedication with which everyone performed their work. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We felt completely at home and will always look back on this experience with the fondest memories. If we return to Phuket in the future, the Radisson Blu Resort Phuket Mai Khao Beach will definitely be our first choice. Great location near the airport. The rooms and facilities were new and clean, which facilitated a very comfortable stay. All the staff including Indy, Sainee, Namtarn, Jam and others were exemplary with their service!

Великолепный отель, были здесь около 14 дней, лучший отель на Пхукете! Были семьей из 5 человек, заселились в 2 номера, по приятной цене для 5-го отеля. Хотела бы отметить дружелюбный и улыбчивый персонал, всегда всё подскажут и помогут. Особенно хочу выделить официантов ресторана: Pond, Rus, Tar и Aman, спасибо за отличное обслуживание. Так же отмечу европейское меню с русскими (подчёркиваю) позициями(фото всего меню для обедов и ужинов прикладываю), всё очень вкусно, а завтраки как отдельный вид искусства! В отеле работают настоящие профессионалы. Ремонт и текстиль высшего класса, номер просторный есть: ванна, душ, санузел, двуспальная кровать и балкон (мы брали оба номера с видом на море). Если задумывайтесь ехать сюда или нет, однозначно выбирайте 1 вариант и не пожалеете
