Wow . What a hotel . Nice clean , fresh . New , modern . Got upgraded to an executive room , the room was nice and spacious , facing runway , excellent views and also had the use of the executive lounge which was a nice touch . Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stop here again .

I stayed for one night after arriving on a long flight and before travelling elsewhere in the UK. The hotel is nice, check in is easy and efficient, service is good. My room was lovely and clean, largher than I expected with a sofa, fridge and coffee machine, the bed was very comfortable. Dinner was nice, breakfast was very nice. It wasn't too noisy, which surprised me given where it is located. Shuttle from the airport was easy to catch, I had to catch the same shuttle back the next day to pick up my rental and that was easy too.

Very happy with our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge in room. Complimentary water. Decent pressure in shower. WiFi works well. Not too much noise from outside despite proximity to the airport. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment.

Suite à l'annulation en dernière minute de notre vol British Airways sans explication, nous avons dû trouver une chambre d'hôtel pour la nuit, proche de l'aéroport et avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Ce fut le cas au Radisson, nous avons payé 100€ pour une nuit (le Ibis proposait une prestation de qualité inférieure à 95€). Check in & out en libre service, la chambre très spacieuse, la literie d'extrêmement bonne qualité et le lit immense, une salle de bain très agréable avec des produits à disposition, tout cela nous a permis de passer un très bon moment. Le bar de l'hôtel est agréable, le restaurant fait le minimum mais malheureusement pour nous, nous avons attendu près de 2h pour notre commande. Cela ne doit pas être le cas tous les soir, mais si nous l'avions sur plus tôt, si l'hôtel avait mis cette information dans la chambre directement, nous aurions commandé en room service. Cela étant, un super rapport qualité/prix sans aucun doute ! Petite info: le bus 423 depuis le terminal 5 d'Heathrow, arrêt à Nene Road, en face de l'hôtel littéralement, un bus tous les quarts d'heure (en journée en tout cas)

Séjour imprévu suite report vol. Prestation au top, matelas extraordinaire, salle de bain agréable, café et thé dans la chambre. Si pressé, évitez le souffle pour l'aéroport : durée 1h ! Pour le terminal 5....
