There were plug converter’s to American style plugs. They were not voltage converters. This would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. (Tre0317)

Don't book this hotel. I noticed the photos from travelers are old. Many rooms have no view and look out at a concrete wall (8th floor). (AlohaMaui)

excellent hotel , accueil parfait Hotel bien situé , propre Le petit déjeuner est un festin , avec une équipe à l’ecoute La prestation au petit déjeuner est super L’accueil à l’arrivée est super Mais un peu cher

Bel hôtel, très propre, personnel très agréable, conciergerie très efficace. Restaurant et petit déjeuner très bons (attention aux courants d’air au petit déjeuner lorsqu’on est prêt de l’entree). Situation parfaite pour rayonner partout. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon emplacement. A quelques mètres du métro et de green park, avec accès direct à Buckingham. Personnel très serviable et accueillant. Bar visiblement réputé et accessible aux personnes extérieures au sein de l établissement

Un séjour inoubliable en famille dans un hôtel très propre et très bien située en plein centre de Londres, nous pouvons accéder à toutes les attractions importantes à pied. Je tiens à mentionner que le personnel est aussi le point fort de cet hôtel.. le petit déjeuner aussi à ne pas rater ;-) Point - : La chambre familiale est petite et mal décoré par contre très propre avec une literie confortable

Un service de qualité un personnel au petit soin. Une expérience que je recommande fortement. Pour un séjour romantique cet hôtel est une excellente idée. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Le petit dej est bon.
