Rapid COVID-19 tests can be booked together with your meeting package. Please allow a minimum of three weeks prior to the day of arrival to organize the local setup. Our team will include this service in your event proposal and will provide you with all further details.
Upon confirming the event, we will provide supporting information and materials to share with your attendees about the test.
We will welcome your guests in a dedicated, safe area, ensuring physical distancing.
Up to 20 attendees can be tested in one hour; for larger groups our healthcare partner can foresee additional staff for optimal planning and to minimize waiting time.
After administering the test, guests will be asked to wait for the results in a separate, secure waiting room. Results are returned in just 15 to maximum 30 minutes.
Guests who test negative are shown by our teams to the event room where they can continue to work, network and prepare for the event.
If any guest tests positive, our existing safety protocols will be activated, in line with our processes and local laws and legislation and affected persons will be directed to confirm the result with a PCR test, as instructed by the test provider and the ECDC.
