2. Enregistrement en ligne

24 heures avant votre séjour, vous recevrez un e-mail vous invitant à vous enregistrer en ligne. Vérifiez et mettez à jour les informations de chaque client, ajoutez votre heure d’arrivée et procédez au paiement. Et voilà !

3. Clé numérique

Une fois l’enregistrement terminé, vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation pour facilement télécharger l’application de services art'otel, activer votre clé numérique et la partager avec votre compagnon de voyage. Vous pouvez également récupérer la carte-clé ordinaire à votre arrivée auprès du bureau dédié aux clients.

4. Services de chambre

À votre arrivée, passez la réception, puis dirigez-vous directement vers votre chambre confortable. Une fois installé, utilisez l’application afin de discuter avec les membres de notre équipe pour toute demande ou commander un service de chambre en quelques clics depuis votre appareil personnel.

Terms & Conditions

• The complimentary drink promotion is available at participating restaurants only at the European hotel of your stay during your stay dates.
• We reserve the rights to change the list of participating restaurants at any time. Contact the hotel of your stay directly to determine which restaurant is participating in this promotion.
• Guest are entitled to a complimentary drink while dining at the restaurant of the hotel they are staying at when each adult is ordering a main meal.
• The complimentary drink is limited to one drink per guest per meal.
• The complimentary drink includes: soft drinks, regular glass of house wine or a pint of draft beer.
• The offer can be claimed by presenting a valid digital key at time of ordering. A valid digital key is for the hotel where the guest is desiding and in which the participating restaurant is located and is valid only for the duration of their stay.
• The promotion is only valid for dining at the hotel’s restaurants and bars. Breakfast, room service or in-room dining, catering or banquets, or groups or parties of six or more are excluded from this promotion.
• In order to avail the offer, a registered hotel guest must be present, must provide their digital room key, and must request the offer at the time of ordering.
• Promotion cannot be applied at the hotel’s front desk. Promotion may not be combined with other offers or promotions. Promotion ends on 30 September 2021.
