"Affordable luxury"

I stayed with my grandsons in a corner pitch view room. We were warmly greeted by Amber at reception who made sure everything was perfect. The room was amazing and the beds so comfortable. Every little detail was perfect and I can't thank Amber enough for her cheer and helpfulness. Highly recommend!!

My wife and myself really enjoyed all stay at the hotel. All the staff, from the reception to the bar were really friendly and efficient. The breakfast was first class too.

"Feral schildren spoil the visit"

Stay at the hotel on a regular basis to attend Bolton Wanderers’s games. Normally I have no complaints as it is a great hotel with excellent amenities. Unfortunately on the visit there were a bunch of feral kids running round the main bar, which is situated on the first floor and up and down the stairs to the second floor. This was after the match when the bar was heaving and must have gone on for a couple of hours. They were with a group of men who, I understand, were Celtic supporters who had been to a Man City game earlier in the day. My wife was nearly knocked over twice carrying drinks and the young staff, mostly casuals, collecting glasses could not really do much about it.. The men were actually on the next table to us and whilst they were behaving themselves as far as I could see nobody from the hotel spoke to them about their children until a couple of hours later.. it was an accident waiting to happen.

We met up at bolton for my daughters wedding at daisy hill westhoughton,all family and friends stay at the hotel and we all loved our stay from start to finish we definatley stay again

Amazing view of the pitch and really comfortable seats on matchday. Really kind and respectful staff and amazing hospitality.
