The hotel's largest conference room, the Scandinavia Ballroom, spans over 558 square meters and can accommodate 644 participants in auditorium-style or 540 for a banquet with long tables. The magnificent ceiling in Scandinavia Ballroom is 5.9 meters high and creates a light and airy space that can be tailored for a wide range of functions. The flexible layout with the option of easily dividing the room into four separate sections makes this a room full of opportunities.

If you are planning a large event, Scandinavia Ballroom is the perfect venue. It has a great location, with several meeting rooms within close distance giving easy access and flexible solutions for delegates who are attending parallel meetings or working in groups. There is also direct access to the Foyer, where participants can enjoy coffee break, a standing mingle lunch or an aperitif before a banquet dinner. The Foyer is also well suited to display stands at larger events.

Scandinavia Scene measures 337 square meters and accommodates groups of up to 180 people. This meeting room gives access to private toilets and wardrobe in direct connection to the premises. If you want a unique space for your meeting or the perfect venue for the company party, this is a great choice.

Scandinavia Scene also includes audiovisual equipment and has a permanent stage. There is an indoor seating balcony where your VIPs may be seated during the meeting or event.

The Norgessuites span a total of 147 square meters and offer plenty of daylight and a relaxing atmosphere in a modern environment. The Norgessuites may be divided into 5 separate sections or be used as one room. All suites are equipped with a LED screen. This venue is perfect for a meeting with up to 96 people in classroom set up or up to 155 people in theater setup. It is also great for medium-sized exhibitions.

Telemark is well suited for many different types of events with up to 120 participants. In addition to plenty of daylight, Telemark has direct access to our breakfast area Brasseriet, which makes the room particularly well suited for breakfast meetings. Banquets for up to 90 people can also be held with great success in this venue.

Our meeting rooms Nesodden, Frogn, Oppegård, Bærum and Asker feature a boardroom setup with modern equipment and furniture. All the rooms have large windows with natural daylight and are perfect for 8 to 14 meeting participants. Each room is equipped with a LED screen. These meeting rooms can be used either for meetings or as breakout rooms. The boardrooms are situated near many of our larger conference rooms.

Holberg is a great venue for a private lunch or dinner for up to 180 delegates. Original paintings made for our hotel opening in 1975 by Bjørn Wiinblad decorate the walls in Holberg. Here you can also host other types of events, such as breakfast meetings, a Christmas party, or a wine tasting session.
