Access Silver status after just three stays

Take advantage of this special invitation for travelers booked by members of the Radisson Rewards for Business Small + Medium Enterprises (SME) program: register and stay just three times at any of our Radisson Hotel Group properties around the world and receive an upgrade to Silver status. You must be a member of Radisson Rewards to take advantage of this offer - if not already a member, first enroll in the program.

HOW IT WORKS

- Use your Radisson Rewards member number to register here for the SME Silver Upgrade offer.
- Complete three point-eligible stays at any Radisson Hotel Group hotel(s) by December 31, 2019.
- Important - your Radisson Rewards member number must be included on each reservation, whether you or your travel arranger is booking your reservations.
- Once your third stay is complete, your membership will be upgraded to Silver status.
- Members who register for the offer and complete their three eligible stays by December 31, 2019 will enjoy Silver status through February 28, 2021.

Silver Upgrade FAQ's

Q: I just completed my third stay at a Radisson Hotel Group property. When can I start using my Silver benefits?
A: Your upgrade will be awarded when your points are posted for the qualifying stay. Please allow five business days from the day you check out for your points and upgrade to be awarded. You will receive an email advising you when your upgrade is complete and available for your use.

Q: How long will my upgrade last?
A: Your upgrade is valid through February 28, 2021.

Q: I received an email with my new member number. When will I get an actual member card?
A: You may access your Silver membership card online or from the Radisson Rewards mobile app as soon as your status has been upgraded. If you have set your preference to receive a physical card, a Silver membership card will automatically be sent to you following your qualifying stay. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your card.
