The hotel is a master piece. It's perfectly merges with the bush nature. The staff are exceptional from the team that checked us in to the General manager to the house keeping. The rooms were beautiful and you could hear the sound of birds from the room. It felt like you are sleeping in nature. The bedding were comfortable so much. The breakfast was exceptional I must say that the sweet corn was so nice and the pastry. The buffet in mirage restraunt was so nice. I enjoyed the chicken legs and the dessert so much. The dinner at peagasus was great. You have to try the chicken popcorn starter or the chicken liver. Any of the beef meals were great. We had a cake made for a birthday celebration and I must say the chef nailed it. It had the perfect balance of sugar and cream and it was so affordable. The team organized activities for you which made our experience very good because of the swift planning. You will stress about nothing in this hotel. They have anticipated guest needs before hand and are meticulous in their service. The staff are friendly, whenever you meet them, they will greet you with a warm smile. They also show you around the hotel which is really really nice. I loved our experience and I will recommend this.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, anttentive and helpful when we needed them. The food whether it be breakfast or evening meal was well presented, plentiful and good quality. The rooms were very clean and well managed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and cared for.

During our stays, we were having a great time in the hotel. It is the best & I recommend & wish to came back again very soon.

The lady who was assisting us was so impatient and she referred us to the next restaurant and there we were treated unfairly because we had to share a bowl of veggies whereas each has their own amount for dinner. We sensed an element of dishonesty from the restaurant staff

Myself and my partner booked accomodation here via MoAfrika tours. The hotel was sublime and we could not of had a better experience. The staff were friendly (thank you Kevin for the lifts around the resort!) and accommodating to our requests. The food was sensational - the breakfast buffet had so much variety. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Thanks team :)
