Our full-service restaurant specializes in classic Peruvian dishes such as lomo saltado, a Peruvian sirloin steak stir-fry, ají de gallina, a creamy chicken stew, and fresh fish ceviche. You can also stop by the free buffet at breakfast and order room service for a private meal.

El Candelabro lobby bar
El Candelabro lobby bar is dedicated to the beloved Peruvian liquor, pisco. Sample a pisco sour or a chilcano de pisco, or try pisco in a different form by nibbling on fruit macerated in it. You can also order a fresh salad or a variety of small appetizers known as piqueos.

In addition to refreshing cold drinks and cocktails, the pool bar features entrees that go far beyond what you would usually expect from a bar. Watch as our chef prepares paella, pork cooked in the La Caja China Roasting Box, chicken cooked in a traditional Peruvian cylinder, and fish ceviche. You’ll also find an array of sandwiches, including the chorizo sandwiches known as choripánes.
