I found this restaurant by chance, having attended a conference at the Radisson. What a find! The food is truly outstanding, with every dish tasty and juicy, from the wagyu beef to the salmon to the seared tuna....wow, wow, wow. The first of many future visits!!! View more

Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel and Business Centre, Moscow - Sumosan Restaurant

The ambience in Sumosan resembles Japanese culture. We want our guests to feel Japan in every second of the experience. Sit by the open grill area and witness a gastronomic spectacle where chefs will prepare teppanyaki. This style of Japanese cuisine is cooked in an iron griddle. Expect tricks and flames; the chefs are here to entertain you!

Other items in our menu include the traditional miso soup, a variety of salads with tofu or mango, dishes with crab and octopus, and the best sushi you'll ever have!
