Booked a queen room for my daughter and a king business room for us. The rooms were very luxurious and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. There were enough English speaking staff and they were helpful in assisting with making reservations at local restaurants for us. Would be coming bank here when we next visit Shanghai again.
The hidden gem and the ultimate luxurious and serene oasis in the middle of downtown Shanghai. The hotel is surrounded by gardens. It has a chancing room plus a super large bathroom. The hotel offers great breakfast buffet. Everyone we met is friendly and helpful. This is a 5-Star hotel with a 3 star budget.
I attended Bakery China exhibition and had lots of luggage with me, cartons of bread samples. Charles Gao helped me with sealing the cartons. And at the same time my luggage beg lining was torn. Charles helped me to fix it too. So grateful to Charles for the big help. To him, it might be a small thing to fix these "simple" things But to me, without his help, it will be a super big problem for me
We stayed in a Business Class room and liked it — super clean and spacious. The room even had a hot tub, which was a nice surprise! Breakfast was great too, with lots of variety, fresh-squeezed juice, and tasty dishes made by the chefs. The surrounding garden was beautiful, and getting around from the hotel was super easy and affordable by taxi (we used the DiDi app). The entire staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also has a gym, a spotless sauna, and a nice swimming pool — all really well-maintained. It would’ve been nice if the fresh juice had been available throughout the whole breakfast time.
This hotel is excellent. Friendly and thoughtful front desk staff, beautiful garden, great house keeping.
