The Kitchen is lead by Ragnar Eiríksson former head chef of Dill Restaurant and the first Icelandic Chef to ever win a Michelin star for that restaurant. Co-owner with Ragnar is Sommelier, long time restauranteur and television personality Ólafur Örn Ólafsson. Wine list is extensive with an interesting selection of wine from all over the world, with emphasis on quality wines, mostly from lesser known producers but you will also find some better known pillars. Since opening in autumn 2021 Brút has had rave reviews with the locals. The wine list is listed on the star wine list web site as one of the best in Iceland and Brút has also been nominated as the best restaurant in Iceland by the Bartenders choice awards.

  • Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

  • Bar: Daily 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
