Radisson Blu Edwardian, New Providence Wharf is home to seven high-spec meeting and event spaces, including the spectacular Ontario Room which can accommodate up to 220 guests, all located in a serene waterside location moments from Canary Wharf. 

Each room is fully air conditioned, has the benefit of natural daylight and the latest AV technology. This property is an excellent choice for an event or meeting in the heart of London's financial district.Organisers can also simply text EDWARD, Edwardian Hotels London’s AI chatbot, for all support from ordering refreshments and adjusting running orders, to requesting assistance with AV equipment.

The Ontario Suite

Our main conference room at Radisson Blu Edwardian, New Providence Wharf has a contemporary, modern design and can accommodate 250 guests for a conference theatre style or 180 for dinner, located on the first floor with natural daylight. For smaller events, this room can be divided into two.


The River Room

With stunning views of the River Thames and The O2 venue, The River Room is ideal to hire for meetings, dinners, and receptions. It accommodates 60 people theatre style, 15 class room style, 10 board room style, 20 cabaret style, 15 in a U-shaped set up, 80 for a reception, and 60 for a lunch or dinner.


Syndicate Meeting Rooms

Five syndicate rooms seat up to 70 and all benefit from natural daylight. Three are on the ground floor and three on the first floor (next to our main conference room.)

Within easy walking distance of public distance public transport, each venue practices water conservation and energy efficiency and all have been awarded Green 500 Platinum awards for the reduction of carbon emissions.

• Recycling and re-using

Everything is automatically recycled at the end of the day, so 'recycling stations' are unnecessary in our meeting rooms. Most items are re-usable rather than disposable, like china and glassware, linen napkins, ceramic creamers and sugar dispensers. 100% of our non-food waste is either recycled or used to generate electricity.

• Thought for food

Most of our ingredients are locally sourced, always in season and always from ethical suppliers we know and trust. With your wellbeing in mind, they're also healthy and nutritionally balanced. Our chefs are happy to design menus exclusively for you, so you'll always know the provenance of your food.

• Giving back to the community

Aware of our potential to make a real difference to the lives of people in need, we support the work of two international charities giving disadvantaged children and young people a start in life that most of us take for granted. Closer to home, each hotel supports a local charity, from helping the homeless to training the unemployed for work in the hospitality industry.
