I would rate this as one of the best bars in Qatar. A must visit for non smokers. The ambiwnce and layout is one of a kind. I would also like to mention Ms Luisa, Ms Flora, Ms Bimala, Mr Bishal and Mr Sanu for their excellent customer service. They really add to the experience of visiting Library. View more
