Plenty of parking available in public car park right outside the hotel.(Lee B)
Bring your own mugs for a decent sized cup of tea. Room expresso cups useless, and you are not allowed to use their breakfast mugs in room!(Rob A)
Make sure you drive upto the top floor of the car park for easy unloading. (VictoriaC2048)
Do not be afraid of the walk, it's great! Crossing the ring road is super easy as the pedestrian crossing is in constant use.(Andrew C)

Great location for the town centre just 10 min walk. Great parking facilities ant a reasonableprice. An idea hotel if you are driving to bruges. 100 EV charging spaces in the car park. Train station next door if you fancy a day trip to Brussels.

"Our hotel of choice when visiting Bruges"

Staying at this hotel for our 4th annual visit shows how much we appreciate it. As Premium members we were upgraded to a huge room which was exceptionally well appointed. All aspects of the hotel were excellent, apart from the usual annoyance regarding hotel bar prices. Located next to the railway station, it is a fair but not extreme walk to the city centre or the Theatre area.

The hotel still holds its crown for quality service and top in the hotel industry. I give credit to the two personnel who gave their efforts during our breakfast. Their great initiative in making sure that we have what we needed.

An extremely friendly, welcoming hotel. We stayed with 11 and 9 year old children and the hotel was perfect. The family room was one of the best I've stayed in, with plenty of space for everyone. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. Yes there is a short walk into the centre but it is not a full 20 minutes as others have described -it is 20 minutes to the market square but the scenery and ambience start within 5 minutes - the walk itself is lovely (and my children moan about walking most places!). We felt very safe walking back at night and loved the fact that we could park right outside the hotel for a bargain price. Would highly recommend.
