The hotel is right at the station, so don't bother with a taxi. Walk through Minnewaterpark on your way into the city for a scenic route(bondiau)

"Exceptional Hotel in Great Location"

2026-06-02

Great for a few nights stay to explore Bruge and surrounding areas. Don’t just do the centre much to see around Bruge and along the coast. This is a really good have for centre and a train ride to other places. Good parking and exceptional staff.Rooms are clean and functional with very comfy large beds. Friendly knowledgable staff.

"Top hotel within great location for a base to explore"

Stayed as a couple primarily visiting Bruges. Location: 2 minutes walk from the Train Station. Easy to find. As it’s next to the Station it made travelling to Ghent for the day very easy and although the cobbled streets of Bruges are lovely, quite difficult to wheel cases along etc, so this was an added advantage. Hotel: modern and immaculate condition. Room was a superior and had more than enough space and had ample storage. Did not take advantage of the food offering as preferred to eat out locally but the restaurant area looked lovely. Service: excellent, easy to communicate with staff and everything really straight forward. Arrived early but they held the cases for us as we explored Bruges and came back later. Would we stay again!?. Yes, without doubt.

"Convenient, Friendly and high standards"

2026-04-01

Stayed for 4 nights pre Easter 2026 with my wife. LOCATION Really convenient if arriving by train or driving. TIP - If arriving by train, head for the exit to "Centrum" and in the main square you will see outdoor steps and an outdoor escalator to the right with a signpost to The Radisson and Ibis hotels. Very convenient. We also hired a car for a couple of days to visit Dunkirk, some war graves and Ypres (all doable from a base here). There is a large car park at the hotel so a great choice if arriving by car or hiring a car in Bruges. The centre is a 15 minute walk with a direct Road opposite or there is a new pedestrian walkway being built which takes you to the centre via the conert hall - a pleasant walk. Minepark is across the riad also (beautiful park) and worth a visit on way into centre. ROOMS Good size, modern, lockable safe and tea / coffee facilities. View of a car park onlh drawback! Put nice views beyond FOOD AND DRINK Excellent breakfast with wide range of continental and limited but adequate cooked offering. Ate twice in hotel restsuant which offers good quality sharing plates (think charcuterie board, cheese board, hot foid sharing plates - really good and nice options) SERVICE The staff were all really friendly from arrival, to answering questions, to breakfast welcome and service. I must call out, we had booked our stay last summer, but due to a family bereavement we were unable (the day before) to visit. Despite booking through a third party on a pre paid basis, the hotel were understanding, accommodating and the service levels exceptional leading us to visit on our rearranged dates in April. First class service. TIPS ON BRUGES - Take one of the Canal Tours. Really good, privides lots of info on Bruges and helps with knowing where to visut. - If climbing Belfort, you need to book the museum in advance of your visit as becomes fully booked - we stayed 4 nights as arranged day trips to Ypres and France. Two nights / 3 days would be perfect for visiting the city - check out ODA restautant. Roof top bar / restaurant in centre with great views , modern vibe and great food - sharing plates
