Located inside the Raddison Blu, the ambiance is lovely with its elegant decor. Sometimes I think the food tastes better when the setting is really nice, or maybe it's because we're willing to forgive more if the setting is sophisticated. Instead of choosing from the menu, we opted for the buffet and were quite pleased. All the flavors for the chicken, beef, and fish dishes were great, as were the veggies. As we were eating a little later in the day, the beef was a bit dry from having been in the warmer, but the chicken and fish did not suffer the same fate. (Warning: Their spinach is not the same as the spinach we get in the States.) I enjoyed the various salads; one of them was a bit spicy so be cautious. Besides the Western cuisine, there is a whole section of Ethiopian food, so all palates can be pleased. The desserts were okay, but not great. The service was excellent. View more
