This was an exceptional experience. In hindsight, it is surprising the venue has but a single Michelin star. The entire experience was wonderful and memorable. The setting for the venue is rare dare I say...dramatic. The consistency and quality of service throughout the evening was remarkable and the food easily the standout of a month's holiday in France. The wine list was extensive and appeared to offer numerous choices across all price points. The range of northern Rhone wines on offer was particularly noteworthy. It was hard to find fault.
