  • Unsatisfied with majority everything .. Was tired of going up and down the stairs and it was hot one the halls the people next to me was very loud with music playing during the night.. The room was very hot took a while before it finally cooled off

  • The A/C unit was inside the room. Could no sleep well because it was too much noise coming out of the closet where the A/C unit is kept. I am not sure if all units have the A/C Unit in the closet. If, not I am not sure why we were assigned that room.

  • After arriving from a six hour drive with my wife and 3 small children our initial room smelled like cigarettes. The second room had a huge urine stain on the bedsheet, hair in the tub and bathroom floors and when we finally got towels one had lipstick stains on it. Overall just a filthy place but we had to stay there the 5 days I reserved because we couldn't afford to pay for another 5 day stay somewhere else on such short notice. Overall just a filthy hotel and undertrained staff

  • "In need of improvement"

  • Rm 102 - Shower rod was broken causing the shower curtain to slide down during a shower.. Tub was cracked and peeling and 2 locations. Somebody stole our DO NOT DISTURB sign the first night. Same breakfast items 2 days in a row. No Front Desk staff during checkout -- we were helped by somebody in Guest Services. Weeds in the Parking Lot and needs a good Landscaping overhaul.

  • "Needs repairs. Cleaning in hall by elevator bleach everywhere wear and tear on walls customer service"

  • Needs repairs, maintenance in rooms pool people need to be positioned at the front desk for customers to find. Friendly greeting, checking on customers who have issues. Resolve the problems if you can right then.
